Job Title: Front of House
 

Burghley Park Golf Club is situated in the historic parkland surrounding Burghley House and located on the outskirts of Stamford. Burghley Park is a golf club open to both members and visitors.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working person to join our front of house team in the Clubhouse bar and restaurant. Our Clubhouse has a multifunctional lounge area for functions and a restaurant area. The bar is open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. The shifts available will vary week to week but they may include a mixture of day, and evening shifts, and it will include weekend and bank holiday working.

Key Resonsibilities

• Serving drinks, including making hot drinks.
• Keeping the bar area clean, well-organised and easy to use.
• Collecting food orders from the kitchen and serving them to customers.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their meals.
• Clear tables of used dishes and dirty glasses for washing and set tables.
• Processing card payments.
• Promoting and practising relevant health and safety, and food hygiene.
• Cashing up/locking up the Clubhouse at the end of the evening.
• Other duties as directed by the Bar Manager and Bar Supervisor.
