Food and Beverage Assistant, Barista and Bar

We are looking for a flexible and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant, Barista and Bar to join our catering team.
In this varied role, you will provide food and beverage service across College catering outlets, conferences, functions, and events, ensuring a high standard of customer service for students, Fellows, staff, and external guests.

Key Responsibilities:
To provide drinks service within the Red Brick Café Bar, to include Barista coffee, blended drinks as well as the selling of pre-packaged soft drinks.
To provide a food service that will include breakfast, lunch and evening meal alternatives to the main college food outlet.
To be able to work behind a fully licensed bar selling alcohol within the colleges license rules.
To be able to work 5 days over 7, a mixture of day and evening shifts to deliver a high-quality level of service for students, fellows, staff and outside customers.
To work flexibly to ensure all operational shifts are covered as required and all food and beverage service areas are supported as and when necessary.

About You:
•    Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•    Ability to multitask in a busy hospitality environment.
•    Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player.
•    Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential.
