About the role

Alongside the Finance Team Leader, this role is responsible for all invoicing, cash and bank processing, credit control and Gift Aid claims.

As part of a small but busy Finance Team, this role works closely with all aspects of the business as we deal with Fundraising banking, Retail cash processing, Hospice and Catering Income, Gift Aid and support the wider Finance team to ensure all month end deadlines are met.You'll be

• Processing all bank and cash payments and receipts for 10+ UK bank accounts
• Reconciling all bank accounts, investigating and clearing any outstanding items
• Maintaining Gift Aid records, issuing Gift Aid letters and making monthly Gift Aid Claims for Retail donations
• Raising all AR invoices, allocating cash and credit control to ensure paid on a timely basis
• Managing shared finance email inboxes, answering customer queries
