About the Role
FIEC is in an exciting time of change and expansion. We’re connecting more Independent evangelical churches than ever before to encourage them to work together for the gospel. We’re helping them to grow and be more effective in their mission. And we’re actively encouraging new churches to be planted where there is real gospel need.
This role is about working with and creating networks to support women in ministry in FIEC churches as they work towards reaching Britain for Christ. If you have experience of working in a women’s ministry role, are passionate about seeing women thriving in ministry in FIEC churches, being trained and equipped for the roles they serve in, and if you’re missionally minded, we would love to hear from you.
This position is part-time up to 21 hours per week with some flexibility on working days and specific hours. We are open to receiving applications from those with more or less experience than advertised and would for the right applicant look to reshare the role in light of experience.

Due to the Christian beliefs embodied in the FIEC Constitution, the Christian ethos of the organisation and the duties involved in this post, there is an Occupational Requirement that the job holder is a practicing Christian in membership of an evangelical church.
This post is a part-time permanent role, working alongside another Director of Women’s Ministry who has responsibility for ministry wives. The successful applicant will be comfortable working remotely with our small friendly team based in our Market Harborough Office and other strategic regional locations.
