What’s in It for You?
- Guaranteed hours – stability you can rely on
- Paid training and career development – grow your skills with us
- A supportive and friendly team – you’ll never be on your own
- Stream (formerly Wagestream) – access your pay when you need it
Is This You?
Do you stay calm when things take time?
Can you explain information clearly and more than once if needed?
Do you value routine, structure and helping others feel safe and confident?
This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:
• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people
throughout the day
• A caring, positive and resilient mindset
If you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest.
How Will You Make a Difference
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:
- Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
- Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out
- Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
- Keeping clear and accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support. Please see below links about the role of a Support Worker.

Welcome - SeeAbility CareersAbout the Home
At Arnold Road, Dorset we support a lovely lady who has transitioned from a long stay acute setting to her own home, supported by Seeability. She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personal care with minimal prompting. A homebody at heart, she prefers staying in and communicating using a mix of Makaton and her own unique signs.
