Essential Requirements:

  • Management or Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent to Diploma/ Degree/NVQ 5 or equivalent work level experience

  • Experience of supporting women, men and children who have been subject to domestic violence and abuse and/or sexual violence and abuse/stalking

  • Car driver with use of car for work purposes

The Role:

The Paragon Manager will lead, manage, develop, supervise and support all operational aspects of Paragon, focusing on the team and day to day delivery of commissioned and grant funded work. The post holder will ensure that all work is carried out within contractual requirements and lead on the embedding of Paragon processes, national and local best practice within their work stream. Whilst each Paragon Manager has specific work streams to lead and manage, they will work effectively with the wider management team to ensure excellent and cohesive delivery across all work in the area. This will include, for example, 24/7 access to support, the intake of countywide enquires and allocation of referrals for medium and high-risk victims, including IDVA, outreach and accommodation support, working with families, children and people causing harm. You will identify gaps in provision and work with clients and peers to develop and implement new interventions.

About You:

  • You will have experience of undertaking strengths, needs & risk assessments including DASH RIC

  • You will have experience of effective multi-agency and partnership working (eg MARAC) and managing complex and demanding service functions

  • You will have experience of managing, supporting, supervising, motivating and developing teams and individuals

  • You will have experience of person-centred service delivery and enabling client involvement
