⨠What Youâll Be Doing:
To respond to the maintenance, decorating and facilities needs of the retail portfolio, ensure that all works are completed to a high and safe standard and to ensure works are actioned in a timely manner. To engage in self-development to learn new skills.
Works closely with Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager, Head of Retail operations, Shop teams, Volunteers and external contractors

Essential
- Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks and redecoration in line with our new branding
- Full UK Driving Licencemanual
- Accurate, Conscientious and self-motivated
- Ability to plan and organise own workload
- Demonstrable excellent communication skills
- Genuine interest in the work of TAAS
Desirable
- Understanding of Health and Safety policies in the workplace
- Willingness to contribute to own personal development
- Good IT skills

The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.
