Exam Invigilator - St David's Catholic College [MAY 2026]

We are looking for Exam Invigilators for the upcoming exams at St David's Catholic College. Please only apply if you are certain you will have availability.

DBS essential - please state in your application if you have a current DBS check. Jobshop do not have the capacity to complete these for you, so you must already have one. You will be required to send Jobshop a copy of your DBS check before we book you in for any shifts.

This work will involve:
• The general supervision of candidates to ensure no malpractice during the examination period
• Handing out extra answer booklets
• Ensuring mobile phones, iPods, earphones etc. are handed in before the start of the examination
• Any other duties that may be required during the period of the exam being supervised.

Expected SHIFTS:
• 07/05/2026 13:00 - 16:00
• 08/05/2026 09:00 - 13:00

• 12/05/2026 09:00 - 12:30

• 18/05/2026 09:00 - 12:30
• 19/05/2026 09:00 -12:30
• 20/05/2026 13:00 - 17:00
• 21/05/2026 09:00 - 12:30
• 22/05/2026 09:00 - 12:30
• 22/05/2026 13:00 - 17:00

Please note you must be available to work on May 22nd and at least 3 other dates (as noted above) to be considered for this role. Please confirm you are available on these dates to work in your application.

You may be asked to start/finish earlier/later as needed and we will confirm the shift times ahead of your first shift.

Attendance is imperative, as without enough invigilators, exams will have to be cancelled. Please only apply if you are certain you will be available. You must update us at the earliest opportunity if your availability changes.
