Norden Farm is seeking an Events and Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, in a creative environment, and is happy to get stuck into practical operational work as well as administrative tasks.

Hours: 5 days per week (occasional evenings/weekends required). Monday – Friday. 9.30am – 6pm or 9am – 5.30pm

Contract: Temporary, maternity cover, full-time. On-site Tuesday – Friday, working from home most Mondays. Employment will commence on Thursday 1 Oct 2026.

What you’ll bring

• At least four years’ experience in venue operations, events, hospitality, or the cultural sector
• Demonstrable line management experience
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
