Events and Hospitality Supervisor

We are seeking to appoint an Events and Hospitality Supervisor to join our busy catering team at Jesus College, Cambridge. The Events and Hospitality Supervisor plays a key operational role in planning, organising and leading the delivery of premium food and beverage services across a high-profile conference and events operation at Jesus College. The role is focused on delivering exceptional hospitality for corporate clients, private functions, and formal occasions, ensuring all services are executed to the highest professional standards.

This is a varied and hands-on position requiring flexibility and a proactive approach, supporting all aspects of customer-facing service delivery including catering, meeting room setup, and guest engagement. The role also contributes to café and bar operations as required.

The Events & Hospitality Supervisor is a versatile, can‑do individual who can confidently switch from pulling a pint and crafting a cappuccino to efficiently setting up and leading a large conference lunch with professionalism and ease.
