We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Estates and Operations Officer to support both the Estates Director and Operations and Commercial Director with departmental administration. The vacancy is a varied and rewarding full‑time role, ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a flexible, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment.
You will play a key part in supporting the team and acting as a central point of contact, liaising with contractors, suppliers and external partners ensuring high standards of organisation, communication and record keeping.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (year round), working Monday to Friday, with an hour unpaid lunch break each day. Flexibility in hours will be required on occasion to meet the demands of the post. Consideration may be considered for reduced hours during the school holiday periods.
