About the Role

Join the NHS Alliance's ICB Network and help support the senior leaders shaping health and care services across England.

The ICB Network is the only independent national network for leaders of England's integrated care boards. Shaped by its members, it provides a forum to share ideas, experiences and challenges, offer peer support and support the development of ICBs as strategic commissioners.

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering the Network's member engagement, forums, events, visits and projects, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the health and care system.

As an Engagement & Delivery Officer in the ICB Network, you will:

  • Support member and stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, visits, communications and maintaining CRM records.

  • Coordinate and deliver forums, events, conferences and visits, ensuring a high-quality member experience and effective information sharing.

  • Provide project support through research, data gathering and the development of briefings, case studies and other member outputs.

  • Support cross-network programmes and activities, helping deliver joined-up services for members.

  • Manage key administration, including meetings, travel, financial processes, enquiries and record management.

If you are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution, work alongside senior leaders from integrated care boards and help shape the delivery of the ICB Network's priorities, we would love to hear from you.

About You

You will be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills, including coordinating meetings, travel, diaries and cross-organisational activity.

  • Are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have experience supporting stakeholder engagement, events, forums or roundtables.

  • Can manage multiple priorities and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Are skilled at gathering, organising and synthesising information to support projects and decision-making.

  • Have an interest in improving health and care services and supporting senior leaders to make a positive impact.
