The RFP covers the procurement of an external E‑learning Development Service Provider to support Start Network over an 18‑month period. The provider will design, update, and maintain high‑quality SCORM‑based e‑learning modules, adapt existing courses, support translations, and provide instructional design advice, primarily for delivery through the Kaya learning platform.
