About the role

We’re looking for a creative and data‑driven Digital Fundraising Executive to lead the planning and delivery of individual giving activity across Minstead Trust and its social enterprises.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our individual giving programme – developing inspiring campaigns that attract new supporters, deepen relationships with existing donors, and increase sustainable fundraising income.

You’ll have control of a unique set of fascinating fundraising products where no two weeks will be the same. You might find yourself fundraising for Furzey Gardens planting, raising money for a Blue Apple Theatre production, rallying support for our therapy animals or enabling people to be funded to get their first paid job.

You will play a key role in ensuring our digital channels, supporter journeys and fundraising platforms make giving simple, engaging and effective, while working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and the wider Trust.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to make their mark and work increasingly independently to build innovating fundraising streams that make a real difference to people’s lives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and deliver individual giving campaigns throughout the year, including appeals, regular giving and one‑off donations
  • Grow supporter income by acquiring new donors and encouraging existing supporters to give again
  • Build, manage and optimise digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys using HubSpot, Salesforce and Raisely
  • Monitor performance, test and refine activity, and use data and insight to improve income, engagement and supporter experience
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the Trust and social enterprises to develop compelling fundraising campaigns, stories and opportunities
  • Provide digital marketing support and advice for major donor, corporate, community and events fundraising activity
  • Track results, report on performance and share clear recommendations for improvement
  • Help coordinate fundraising activity across the year so campaigns are timely, joined up and aligned with wider communications
  • Ensure fundraising activity follows data protection requirements and fundraising best practice
  • Keep up to date with digital fundraising trends and bring forward practical, innovative ideas
  • Build external networks to develop knowledge, contacts and fundraising opportunities
  • Occasionally support out‑of‑hours events where needed

About you:

You’ll be a confident and organised fundraiser or digital marketer who enjoys combining creativity with data and collaboration.

You’ll have:

  • Experience of individual giving or supporter fundraising
  • Experience working in a charity, social enterprise or purpose‑led organisation
  • A track record of planning and delivering fundraising, marketing or digital campaigns
  • Experience using digital channels such as email, websites and online platforms to engage and convert audiences
  • Strong content‑writing skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive supporter communications
  • A good understanding of supporter journeys, donor stewardship and digital fundraising best practice
  • Experience using data and insight to assess performance and improve activity
  • Experience using CRM, email marketing or fundraising platforms
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver joined‑up campaigns
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of digital confidence

Desirable:

  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or Raisely
  • Experience supporting a range of fundraising activity, such as community, events, corporate or major donor fundraising
  • Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations relevant to supporter communications

What benefits can we offer you?

  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
  • Refer-a-Friend scheme worth £750!
  • A Celebration Day’s Leave for Your Birthday pro rata
  • Death in Service Insurance
  • Company Pension
  • An easy-to-access Health Care Scheme
  • Cycle to Work
  • Free Parking on-site
  • Blue Light Card Eligibility
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay
  • Company Sick Pay
