A unique opportunity to combine high-level administrative support with digital innovation in a global, mission-driven organisation. As Executive Administrator, you will support the CEO and Senior Management Team while streamlining systems and automating processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
What you’ll do
- Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, including calendar, correspondence, and coordination
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks using tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Forms
- Maintain and improve internal systems, documentation, and digital workflows across the organisation
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in administrative support with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and workflow automation (Power Automate or similar)
- A proactive, digitally curious mindset with a passion for improving systems and ways of working
