Join our Marketing team and help shape digital paid media strategy, managing both in-house campaigns and agency relationships to deliver impactful, insight-led acquisition and engagement advertising.

We are Anthony Nolan. We unite people and science – matching stem cell donors to those in need of transplants and treatments and growing our world-leading stem cell register, so everyone can find the lifesaving match they need.

Thanks to Shirley and Anthony Nolan, our register of almost a million potential donors, our cell and gene therapy research and our expertise in stem cell transplants, we currently help four patients a day in need of a transplant, giving more people another chance to live.

We are looking for a Digital Advertising & Performance Manager to join our Marketing team.

Title: Digital Advertising & Performance Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

In this role, you will:

• Manage both in-house campaigns and agency relationships to deliver impactful, insight-led acquisition and engagement activity.

• Work across the organisation, supporting brand, supporter engagement, register development, and income generation objectives.

• Oversee paid digital channels and platforms, provide strategic input into broader digital activity, and manage a Digital Marketing Analyst to ensure measurement, continual learning, and a culture of best practice.

• Be our in-house subject matter expert on digital paid advertising, performance marketing and data privacy legislation as it applies to online advertising, sharing best practice across the organisation.

• Line-manage our Digital Marketing Analyst, ensuring they can enable the division to enrich our understanding of our digital audiences, and the impact of our digital engagement activity.
