We are looking for a Donor Provision Coordinator to join our Donor Provision team.
Title: Donor Provision Coordinator
Salary: £32,820 per annum
Contract: 3-month fixed term with the potential to extend
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid*, with head office in Hampstead, London
- Manage a continually changing workload of donor work ups for patient transplants, and medical research all with competing priorities
- Liaise extensively with donors, Transplant Centres, customers and stakeholders, providing accurate, timely and concise information, always delivering excellent customer service
- The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with good written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to multitask and prioritise, always maintain a complete review of your caseload and be able to work in a high-pressure environment. You will be used to working in a role requiring a high level of admin and will be highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work well as part of a team.

Senior Programme Manager

Title: Senior Programme Manager
Salary: Circa. £100,000 per annum dependent on experience

Job Summary
You will lead the DTS For the Future programme, a multi year initiative designed to fundamentally transform how DTS teams operate and engage with customers and donors.
You will own the overall programme plan, outcomes and delivery roadmap, coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams to ensure benefits are delivered on time and within budget. You will establish programme governance, lead benefits realisation, collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide strong, visible leadership across teams and partners.
Responsibilities:

Review the initial scoping outputs and shape a clear, actionable delivery approach, including deeper discovery where required.

Establish and run effective programme governance, ensuring transparent reporting of progress, risk, scope, budget, benefits and confidence to executive sponsors and boards.

Build and oversee the programme’s benefits realisation approach, ensuring benefits are tracked, owned and delivered across all workstreams.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, technology and support teams to maintain alignment and shared ownership.

Lead and support the workstream delivery teams, ensuring dependencies are managed and obstacles removed to maintain delivery momentum.

Drive delivery quality and pace through a hybrid agile approach, coaching teams to adopt and embed effective delivery practices.

Manage third party delivery partners, ensuring they contribute effectively to programme outcomes.

Ensure that robust change management activity is in place to enable teams to adopt new ways of working and realise programme benefits.

Provide strong, visible leadership to internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders, modelling the behaviours needed for successful transformation.

Coordinate interdependent workstreams and activities to ensure delivery remains on track and aligned to the overall roadmap.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large scale, multi year transformation programmes, with a strong track record of delivering complex, outcomes focused change in operationally critical environments.
- Excellent programme governance, financial control, and risk and dependency management skills, with the ability to establish and run robust assurance frameworks.
- Strong digital, data and technology fluency—you can confidently engage with technical, data and platform concepts, translate between technical and non technical stakeholders, and ensure solutions are feasible, aligned and grounded in real operational need.
- Deep experience of hybrid agile delivery at programme scale, including coaching teams and embedding effective delivery practices across multiple workstreams.
- Enterprise level change leadership capability, with experience shaping culture, driving behavioural change, and leading people through ambiguity at pace.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build credibility, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across clinical, operational, technology and corporate teams.
- Demonstrable leadership of multi layered teams,including line management, matrix management and third party partner leadership, with an inclusive, collaborative and empowering leadership style.
- Experience managing and optimising third party partnerships,including software development partners, managed services providers and strategic suppliers.
- A continuous improvement mindset, using data, feedback and lessons learned to refine approach, improve ways of working and enhance delivery outcomes.

As a Donor Provision Support Coordinator, you will play an important part in providing support to UK transplant centers, international registries, and the wider Donor Provision team. You’ll process new requests for stem cell products. You’ll act as liaison between the patients’ team and donors registry, providing accurate, timely information, always delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll also manage the timely delivery of medication and coordinate nurse referrals for UK donors undergoing G-CSF injections, ensuring donors feel informed, supported and prepared. Throughout all aspects of the role, you will prioritise donor and patient safety, effectively triaging your workload in a fast-paced environment. Your strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail, will enable you to build constructive relationships, uphold quality standards, and help to support a safe, seamless donation process.

Assist with education of the potential mother/donor about the Anthony Nolan Cord Programme to enable informed choice regarding the voluntary donation of cord blood.

Approach as many women as possible in the maternity unit to raise awareness and thereby gain informed consent from eligible women who wish to donate.

Safely collect maternal and cord blood samples according to standard operating procedures

Organise couriers and safe transportation of cord blood units with completed documentation to the cord blood bank for processing and storage.

Assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe environment adhering to prevention and control of infection policies, procedures and best practice.

Ensure Anthony Nolan Quality Management System is applied.

Ensure and maintain complete confidentiality and Data Protection policies.

Our team works to raise vital long-term income to help Anthony Nolan save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders. As our first dedicated Senior Legacy Officer, you will play a central role in delivering inspiring, audience-led marketing campaigns across digital, mail, telemarketing and events. You will lead on the day-to-day stewardship of legacy supporters, providing thoughtful and personalised communications that nurture lasting relationships with enquirers, pledgers and professional audiences such as solicitors and Will-writing partners.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and external suppliers, you will ensure the smooth and high-quality delivery of campaigns and supporter journeys. You will also take responsibility for maintaining accurate CRM records and producing regular reports on campaign performance and supporter engagement. By using data, insight and supporter feedback, you will help to shape and optimise legacy activity, ensuring our marketing and stewardship are as engaging and effective as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of both campaign delivery and stewardship, while contributing to the growth of a key income stream with significant long-term impact. The role offers the chance to gain experience of both strategic and hands-on aspects of legacy fundraising, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Laboratory Services Supervisor is a key operational role responsible for ensuring that the Anthony Nolan H&I Laboratory has the equipment, materials, and infrastructure required to operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with ISO 15189 and EFI standards.

This role has end-to-end responsibility for asset and stock management, including capital equipment oversight, service contracts, procurement coordination, supplier management, and ensuring business-critical continuity of laboratory operations.

The post-holder will lead the Stock and Asset Coordinator and work closely with scientific and quality teams to ensure that laboratory services are fully supported, risks are proactively managed, and operational performance is maintained at the highest standard.
We are looking for someone who has:

Significant experience managing scientific assets or equipment fleets in a regulated laboratory setting

Demonstrated responsibility for procurement, supplier management, or operational budgeting

Experience working with ISO 15189 or equivalent accreditation frameworks
