The Role
The Diary & Planning Administrator is responsible for maintaining the Roundhouse’s main space diary, booking systems, and associated databases on behalf of the Music Team.
Working closely with Music, Events, Artistic Programme, and Technical & Production teams, the role ensures effective scheduling and accurate record-keeping.
The postholder will coordinate cross-departmental diary planning, distribute updates and act as a central point of communication for diary activity, informing senior managers of diary options and informing external promoters of hold status’.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented person with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong digital proficiency in CRM/database systems and data analysis, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and deadlines accurately and efficiently. Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high standards of record-keeping is a must; alongside being passionate about music & culture, and committed to putting young people at the centre of work.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be available to commence work by/ on week commencing 20th July 2026.

Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £29,299.46 per annum
