What You Bring to the Table
- Expertise:You’re a Qualified RN with an active NMC PIN and a solid grasp of CQC, DOLS, and the Mental Capacity Act.
- Leadership:You have a qualification in leadership (or the equivalent experience) and know how to motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Tech Savvy:You’re comfortable navigating digital platforms for everything from resident records to HR and payroll.
