We are looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Care Manager to work at our residential service in Deeping St James.
At this service, we support 5 adults (1 female, 4 males) with complex needs. We focus on person-centred support that helps people live full, meaningful lives.
As a Deputy Care Manager, your role will be split into office administrative and hands on Support Worker shifts. This is an opportunity for you to work alongside the Registered Care Manager to help run the home.
A full manual UK license is required as we have a company vehicle used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
This role in Deeping St James might include:
- Supporting the manager in providing line management support to a team of staff
- Creating and maintaining safe working environments in which staff can fulfil their duties.
- Contributing to the wider planning and delivery of services within the Operational Services
- Conduct regular supervisions.
- Plan and manage the rota.
- Delivering services to KPIs set within the Operational Services
