About the role
We are looking for a qualified Debt and Money Advice Caseworker who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need to work.
You will need to demonstrate that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail, and have great people skills. You will thrive in a busy environment and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
The post holder will provide, as part of the project team, a comprehensive debt advice service by assisting clients to achieve the best outcome for their circumstances.
The qualified Caseworker role requires carrying out Debt Assessments, maximising income, preparing budgets and providing debt options, along with signposting/referring or carrying out casework/advocacy for clients based on their individual needs and situation.
This is a post of 3-4 day per week (0.6-0.8fte) post, fixed term to end March 2027 with probable extension.
Some travel to the Bath area may be required for delivery of this service but the post will be located at our Fairfax Street Offices.
