Job Role : D1 Licence Holding Minibus Driver

Hours : Weekday, evening availability

Hourly Rate : £14.80

TERM TIME ONLY

The successful candidate must hold a D1 licence, as this is an essential requirement. The role requires working from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during term time only

Contract: Flexible Bank Worker Agreement paying London Living Wage – £14.80 per hour.

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in 6 London boroughs.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced minibus driver with a D1 licence and experience of working with people (ideally children) with learning disabilities to join a committed team of professionals at Centre 404.

The role will include working with children with a diverse range of support needs, including physical support. All support will be based on core principles of enabling service users to be valued as individuals. The successful candidate will drive the Group minibuses and people carriers to and from various locations in a responsible and competent manner, ensuring the safety of the passengers, other road users, members of the public and the post holder at all times.

If you have a D1 allowance on your driving license and have experience with a 12 seater minibus minibus, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for someone who has a lively and pro-active attitude to work and in return, we can offer you a range of training and development opportunities.
