The role:

BH Live is recruiting for a Customer Services Representative to join our team, you will be based at BH Live Active – The Quays on a full time, fixed term contract expected to last 6 months.

Situated near Southampton Harbour, The Quays Swimming and Diving Centre is one of only four High Performance Centres for diving in the UK.

There is a 10m diving board with an 18m diving pool, with public swim sessions and swimming lessons taking place in a separate 25m main pool.

With a state-of-the-art gym complete with cardio and strength areas, group exercise classes are delivered in dedicated studios.

You will:

• Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre.
• Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets.
• Administer and maintain our membership schemes.
• Administer a booking system.

To be successful you will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT and administration skills
• An understanding of the importance of customer care
• Experience in dealing with customers
