We are now hiring Customer Service Advisors

Who We Are:

Fusion Lifestyle has the mission to bring health and wellbeing to communities across the UK. We are a registered charity and we invest back into the communities that we serve.

Who You Are:

We are looking for commercially driven, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about service excellence and motivated by achieving results. You’ll have a natural ability to build rapport, influence decisions and confidently promote the benefits of active membership within our centres.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are not just the first point of contact, you are a key driver of membership growth. You understand that every enquiry is a sales opportunity, and you are confident in picking up the phone to convert leads, re-engage prospects and retain existing members.

You are proactive, resilient and target-focused. You enjoy working towards KPIs and understand that consistent follow-up, outbound calling and relationship-building are essential to success. You bring energy, professionalism and a “can-do” attitude to everything you do.

What you will do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership sales, retention and overall commercial performance.

A significant part of this role involves proactive outbound sales activity, including:

  • Making outbound calls to new enquiries, guest pass users and lapsed members to convert them into full members
  • Following up all leads in a timely and structured manner
  • Re-engaging cancelled or frozen members to drive retention
  • Booking appointments, tours and trial sessions to increase conversion rates
  • Supporting centre sales campaigns through targeted call lists

You will also:

  • Confidently convert walk-in and online enquiries into memberships using a consultative sales approach
  • Manage and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate records and tracking of sales activity
  • Clearly explain membership options, pricing structures and added-value services
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets set by the RCRM and central support teams
  • Proactively promote centre programming, services and retention initiatives

Alongside the sales focus, you will:

  • Deliver a professional, welcoming and positive first impression to every customer
  • Efficiently manage front-of-house operations and centre access control
  • Accurately process transactions, bookings and membership sales
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate
  • Support food and beverage sales, merchandising and stock management in line with company and legislative standards

This is a results-driven role where your confidence on the phone, ability to influence decisions and determination to convert opportunities into memberships will directly impact the centre’s success.

What We Can Do For You:

We offer attractive employee benefits and competitive rates of pay. We can provide training and qualifications in a range of leisure activities as well as providing skills for life. Our extensive range of training and development opportunities have options for full or part funding.

If you are interested in starting or furthering your career in leisure, then we want to hear from you!
