Who We Are:
Fusion Lifestyle has the mission to bring health and wellbeing to communities across the UK. We are a registered charity and we invest back into the communities that we serve.
Who You Are:
We are looking for local people who share our passion for customer service, accept only the best, and have the ‘can-do’ attitude that creates the positive atmosphere in our centres. As a person you’ll be engaging, proactive and committed to delivering exemplary standards of service across both our reception and hospitality areas.
Fusion Lifestyle’s Customer Service Advisors operate as the first point of contact for our customers, presenting a positive and professional service. First impressions are important, and as a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a warm, positive and professional welcome to every customer while supporting the day-to-day operation of both the front-of-house and bar/café areas. This includes delivering high standards of hygiene and safety, assisting with the preparation and service of food and drink, and ensuring customers enjoy a welcoming and efficient experience throughout the centre.
Customer Service Advisors also play an important role in driving sales and customer retention. This includes promoting memberships, centre services and activities, as well as serving refreshments, bar beverages and pre-packaged merchandise to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll manage the customer database and proactively drive membership sales. You’ll provide accurate information and assist customers in weighing up their options, selecting the right level of membership for them. You’ll also assist in the communication and promotion of the Centre’s services, help generate leads and contribute to creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere within the centre.
The role also includes supporting the bar and café operation, serving drinks and refreshments responsibly and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer care within hospitality areas.
This is a results-driven role where your natural ability to influence, communicate and provide outstanding service will shine through.
You’ll need flexible and effective verbal communication, numerical and written skills, as you’ll be swiftly and accurately processing transactions and ensuring the reception area and entry to the Centre is managed effectively and efficiently. You’ll also be comfortable working within both front-of-house and hospitality environments, including assisting with bar service when required.
Preferably you’ll have experience of delivering first-class customer service and achieving KPIs in a target-driven environment. A “can-do”, solutions-focused attitude is essential – nothing is too much trouble for you!
