Pro Rata'd Salary: £20,695.61 per annum

Location: Hybrid-Working, requirement for travel to Cardiff Hub, 18 Park Place, Cardiff, CF10 3DQ

Purpose of Role

To develop and grow The Wallich's corporate partnerships programme, securing sustainable income and meaningful partnerships with businesses at both a local and national level. Working alongside the Head of Fundraising, the postholder will develop and deliver the corporate partnerships strategy, build long-term relationships with corporate supporters, lead on corporate volunteering, and help embed a culture of fundraising across the organisation.

Duties

1. Develop and implement The Wallich’s corporate partnerships strategy alongside the Head of Fundraising.

2. Research, identify and secure new corporate partnerships, including Charity of the Year partnerships, sponsorships, employee fundraising, payroll giving and strategic collaborations.

 
3. Build, manage and steward a pipeline of corporate supporters, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships and maximising long-term income and engagement. 

4. Represent The Wallich at networking events, business forums and corporate meetings to raise awareness and generate new opportunities.

5. Deliver presentations, talks and engagement sessions that inspire business support for The Wallich’s work.

6. Build relationships with local and national businesses, business networks and key stakeholders.

7. Lead the development and coordination of corporate volunteering opportunities, working with operational teams to create meaningful and well-managed experiences.

8. Support colleagues across The Wallich to identify fundraising opportunities, engage corporate supporters and promote a culture of fundraising.

9. Monitor performance against income targets, maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate across fundraising, communications and operations and represent The Wallich professionally

10. Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the Head of Fundraising, including acting as a deputy when the Head of Fundraising is unavailable and assuming temporary line management of relevant colleagues.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.
