Corporate Partnerships Assistant

You’ll help deliver a first-class experience for our valued corporate partners - supporting income generation, strengthening supporter relationships, and bringing creative fundraising ideas to life.
Working closely with our Corporate Partnerships team, you’ll play a key part in managing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the administration of partnerships across Cambridgeshire.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support and manage relationships with new and existing corporate partners.
- Contribute to the delivery of fundraising initiatives and partnership communications.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist with events, volunteering coordination, and supporter engagement.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
About You:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, people-focused approach, with attention to detail.
- Confidence working independently, and as part of a collaborative team.
- An interest in fundraising, partnerships, or the charity sector.
- Have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week based at our Hospice in Cambridge. We can offer hybrid working after the completion of a training and induction programme.
Due to the nature of the role there may be occasions where the postholder is required to work outside of normal working hours to attend events, we have a TOIL based system to manage any extra hours worked.
Starting salary of £28,392, with opportunities to progress to £31,157.
Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and will be pro-rata’d for part time posts. As a Charity with limited funds, it is usual practice for new starters to commence on the minimum of the salary band for the role. Exceptionally, and only for candidates demonstrating significant strengths relevant to the role, we may be able to negotiate on this.
