This is an exciting opportunity to join Together for Mental Wellbeing as Contract Manager for a new supported living contract across Suffolk. You’ll play a pivotal role in mobilising services, building strong partnerships and creating high quality, values led support that enables people to live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the role
As Contract Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple supported living sites, ensuring services are:
• Safe, high quality and outcome focused
• Financially sustainable and contractually compliant
• Rooted in service user leadership and Together’s values
You will work closely with commissioners, local partners, landlords and internal teams to ensure services deliver what matters most - positive outcomes for people.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the delivery of supported living services across Suffolk
• Act as the senior operational lead for commissioner and stakeholder relationships
• Lead the mobilisation and development of a new supported living contract
• Embed strong governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks
• Oversee financial performance, occupancy and sustainability
• Line manage and develop Operational Managers, providing strong, compassionate leadership
• Champion service user leadership, equality, inclusion and positive risk taking
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and future growth

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
About you
You’re a confident, values driven leader with:
• Experience managing multiple health or social care services, ideally within supported living or mental health
• Strong contract management experience and credibility with commissioners
• A proven track record in financial, quality and people leadership
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills
• A genuine commitment to co production, service user leadership and inclusive practice
Experience mobilising new services or contracts is desirable but what matters most is your vision, leadership and values.
