Community Support Worker – South & West Wales From £13 per hour | Part-time & Casual Hours Available
Want a flexible role with purpose?
We're looking for Community Support Workers based in or around South and West Wales to join our team, providing personalised 1:1 support to people with sensory loss, learning disabilities and complex needs in their own homes and in the community.
We have vacancies across several locations including Cross Hands, Whitland and Maesteg. Hours and schedules vary by role and will be discussed at interview, making these opportunities ideal for anyone looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around their life.
Please note: you must be based within a commutable distance of South or West Wales to be considered for these roles.
A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle with business insurance is essential for all roles. Knowledge of BSL or Makaton is desirable and a real advantage for some positions. Comprehensive training is provided from day one.
Some vacancies carry a genuine occupational requirement regarding gender under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9). Details will be shared during the application process.
