Community Services Business Support Officer

We have a new opportunity for a Community Services Business Support Officer to join our team which is based in Stockport. The Personalisation & Community Service (PCS) team offer a range of flexible services for young people and adults with autism, a learning disability or complex health needs.

Hours: 30 hours per week working Monday to Friday
Location: This role is hybrid with a mix of working within our Newbridge Office in Central Stockport and home working.
Hours and location are flexible and by agreement of the Operational Contracts Delivery Lead.
Salary: £24,729.60 pro-rated salary from a full-time equivalent of £30,912.00 per year.
The role includes……..
- Under the direction of the Operational Contracts Delivery Lead, the post holder will provide a source of support to the PCS management team and team leaders, to drive business outcomes across the services and the Trust.
- Utilise and further develop the existing data systems in place to keep, maintain and update official records.
- Review and analyse information within the PCS team office systems including spreadsheets, service records and the relevant digital systems including iTrent, CPOMS and ClearCare. Providing insight and reporting any trends identified through the department’s improvement and development process.
- Assist the Operational Contracts Delivery Lead in the development of new digital systems within the department, including the implementation of eRostering, safeguarding recording and digital social care records.
- Maintain the integrity of information within the department’s SharePoint system – managing libraries and document uploads.
- Support/oversee the timely implementation of Quality Assurance surveys for stakeholders within agreed timelines.
- Collate and complete quarterly contract reporting documents for local authorities to the appropriate timescales.
- Coordinate and provide support to the departments Quality Assurance officer and Bank Staffing Coordinators as these functions develop
- The post-holder will be expected to be flexible in their approach and be prepared to undertake other duties when required. They should also be able to work independently and use their initiative to undertake tasks which may not be explicit within the job description.

Are you an effective and supportive team member who works in an organised and methodical manner?
You will maintain databases, spreadsheets and information so that management and contractual responsibilities can be reported in line with contractual requirements.
Do you can communicate with a wide range of audiences, including other employees within the Together Trust, parents, carers, Local Authorities and other professionals?
You will need a good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications and experience of using databases as this role is very focussed on the use of technology.
We are looking for someone who can identify work priorities and manage their own workload to meet deadlines as well as the ability to show sensitivity in dealing with confidential issues.
You will always work to GDPR requirements and undertake other administrative duties as required to ensure the efficient provision of the service.
