- Am ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, taking the lead when required, maintaining & encouraging open and honest communication.
- A good standard of written English and IT skills would be essential; you will be writing reports and keep record of the Children and Young Peoples progress.
- Transporting children / young people to an activity or school is a requirement. A driving licence that has been held for 12 months would be desirable.

- Scrutinising assessments and facilitating high-quality panel discussions.

- Liaising closely with the Agency Adviser, Panel Administrator, and Agency Decision Maker.

- Substantial experience in fostering, adoption, or wider children’s services.
- An excellent understanding of fostering legislation, regulations, and National Minimum Standards.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, advising on suitable data models and methodology as appropriate to organisational needs

- Respond to internal helpdesk enquiries relating to workforce systems issue resolving routine enquiries where appropriate or escalating as necessary
- To support with the management of workforce systems
- Undertake any additional project work or ad hoc tasks – as assigned by senior colleagues, commensurate with the level of the role
About You
- Degree level qualification in a related field (project management qualification / Business/ Data Analyst qualification is desirable)
- Experience of data analysis and data input
- Proficiency with reporting and visualisation tools including Power BI
- Excellent knowledge of MS office Suite particularly MS Excel
- Familiarity with SQL is desirable
- Knowledge of a variety of IT packages e.g. Excel access (expert ECDL or equivalent level of IT skills)
- Extensive experience of collating and interpreting complex data for presentation
- Experience of delivering briefings and training to staff and managers
- Understanding of workforce KPIs and metrics
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills

We are looking for a committed and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our inclusive and multidisciplinary team at Inscape House School. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to school-wide Positive Behaviour Support, create meaningful behaviour interventions, and empower young people with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.

Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of the PBS Team Lead to deliver high-quality, values-driven PBS support across the school.
- Carry out functional behavioural assessments to understand individual needs and strengths.
- Develop behaviour support plans informed by assessment and updated as new information emerges.
- Provide practice leadership and support to staff teams to implement evidence-based interventions.
- Contribute to risk assessments, data analysis, and evaluation of PBS interventions.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to promote joined-up working.
- Support the design and delivery of in-house training around PBS, behaviour support, and young people’s needs.
About you
- Passionate about improving outcomes and quality of life for young people.
- A professional qualification in PBS or a related field (psychology, autism, counselling, education, health & social care).
- Experience working directly with children or young people with complex needs, learning disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
