Hours: The post is for 15 hours a week (On-site based, flexibility required)
Contract: 3 Year Fixed Term Contract With the possibility of renewal
Salary: £15.60 per hour
Applicants are sought with experience in ageing and wellbeing, intergenerational engagement, sympathy with the aims of the Church and strong computer literacy.
Some of the main duties will involve:

Organising safe intergenerational and community contact

Organising opportunities for eating together - monthly weekend activities

Organising activities that promote a sense of wellbeing and attract people from different cultures

The effective mapping of community assets and signposting to local activities

Attending one quarterly Church Council meeting and 2/3 Leadership Team Meetings a year and to submit quarterly reports to the Church Council relating to the role.

Attending review meetings with the Management Group, and undertake any necessary training identified.

An Openness to being creative in developing the role is paramount.

Any other duties and responsibilities, identified by the Management Group and are within your capabilities and level of responsibility.
