About the role
We are looking for a Community Adviser to provide high-quality, confidential advice to people across rural Cambridgeshire.
This varied role is based both within our offices and out in the community, delivering advice from outreach settings such as community hubs and foodbanks, as well as via face-to-face appointments, phone, email, and web chat. You’ll support clients on issues including benefits, debt, housing, and employment, helping them understand their options and take practical steps forward.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, experience supporting people with complex needs, and a commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality advice.
