Communications Officer

We are seeking an exceptional communications officer to join the Brand & Communications team. Trinity Laban is striving to achieve excellence beyond tradition, creating a home for performing artists in which boundaries are pushed, collaborations are key, and artistic pioneers are made. We are a world-leading home for students from non-traditional backgrounds with a programme of activity that reaches out to all sections of society, centring the performing arts as a force for cultural and social progress.

The Communications Officer works within the busy Brand & Communications team. The team’s remit is to support Trinity Laban by strategically raising the profile and reputation of the Trinity Laban brand and activities. The post-holder will create, coordinate and publish excellent web and social media content, including written interviews and news stories, graphics and edited video. They will form an integral part of the creation and delivery of content, producing work that ensures Trinity Laban is speaking to its target markets with precision and creativity. In addition, they will be responsible for tracking, measuring and reporting to inform future planning. They will also support the Communications Manager with press outreach and monitoring, on large-scale projects such as photo and video shoots, and with regular e-newsletter communications to our stakeholder groups.

As an equal opportunity employer, we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.

Please note all applications submitted will be shortlisted anonymously by our recruiting panel, so please ensure that your name and personal details are not included to your supporting statement, otherwise we will not be able to consider your application.
