About this job
We’re looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm with strong writing, editing and digital skills and with demonstrable experience who is always ready to try something new.
You’ll work as part of our small dedicated editorial team within a wider communications department which includes in-house designers and campaigners.
You’ll be a content specialist who’s able to work at all levels of the union to develop strong, eye-catching and user-friendly content both in print and online – sometimes from unpromising beginnings!
You’ll be able to interview a wide range of people and be able to tell their story with engaging, attention-grabbing copy but you’ll also be able to turn organisational information and reports into engaging data-led content.
Most important – you’ll know what a good story looks like and how to tell it in the best way possible, whilst making the world a better place on the side. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
