Commis Chef

An exciting opportunity as a Commis Chef has become available to join the team at Carnoustie Golf Links, as part of the Rookery Restaurant at our prestigious golf course.

​This is a permanent position and the successful applicant will work an average of 40 hours per week (on annualised hours). In this role, evening and weekend work will be expected throughout your employment.

This position will work closely with our senior chefs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality food offering is provided to all visitors to The Rookery restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the catering industry and have 2 years trade experience.
