Clinical Operations and Administration Officer

Living Well Consortium is recruiting for a Clinical Operations and Administration Officer to process referrals into its NHS Talking Therapies service.

Living Well Consortium is a network of third sector mental health organisations working collectively to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Birmingham and Solihull. The organisation has secured contracts to deliver psychological support to people across this area through the NHS Talking Therapies (NHS TT) programme.

The role is based within our clinical administration team and will involve managing referrals via email, phone, and systems such as Limbic. The post holder will accurately collect and record data onto our data system. They will also monitor risk across Limbic and Silvercloud referrals ensuring that risk is escalated to the appropriate member of clinical staff. Overall, the role contributes to an efficient, transparent, and user friendly service for clients.

Additionally, the role will support with administration across the clinical team including minute taking.

The successful candidate should have strong administrative experience. They will be able to demonstrate a range of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, understanding of confidentiality and a very high level of IT literacy. They should also have a strong commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people.

Terms and Conditions

    • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
    • Salary: £25,624.28 pro rata per annum
