  • Qualified Registered Nurse & NMC Registration
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to learning.
  • Evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice)
  • Qualification in Leadership
  • Full understanding of relevant legislation, e.g., Health and Social Care Act, CQC
    regulations, safeguarding, and GDPR.
