- Qualified Registered Nurse & NMC Registration
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to learning.
- Evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice)
- Qualification in Leadership
- Full understanding of relevant legislation, e.g., Health and Social Care Act, CQC
regulations, safeguarding, and GDPR.
