The Role
As Clinical Audit and Improvement Manager, you will play a vital role within the Quality and Safety Team, helping to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality services. You will lead the clinical audit programme, drive quality improvement activity and support alignment with evidence-based practice and external standards. Through audit, training and shared learning, you will help to identify, share and embed best practice across services, contributing to continuous improvement, risk management and organisational assurance.

You will also have proven experience in clinical audit, service monitoring or quality improvement, alongside the ability to create training and learning packages, undertake data-led evaluation and present findings clearly and constructively.
You’ll be experienced with engaging teams through training, workshops and reflective learning, with excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
