Want to lead a business that does good as well as does well?

Citrus Energy is looking for an experienced, values‑driven Operations Manager to lead our day‑to‑day services, drive success, and grow our social impact — helping tackle fuel poverty across our communities.

🔎About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance & Corporate Services, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance, quality, and development of Citrus Energy’s operational services. You’ll lead teams, optimise processes, oversee pricing and performance, and ensure our services are customer‑centred, compliant, and financially sustainable.

This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence – blending people leadership, commercial awareness, and social purpose.

  • Lead and develop operational teams and Energy Advisors
  • Shape pricing, performance and growth strategies
  • Build strong partnerships to grow a socially driven business
  • Turn commercial success into real community impact

👤 About you:
You’ll bring strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for continuous improvement — ideally with experience in energy, utilities, advice services or social enterprise.

💡 Why join Citrus Energy?

  • A senior role with real influence and autonomy
  • The opportunity to grow a business that delivers genuine social impact
  • Supportive values‑led organisational culture
  • Competitive salary that’s not commission led
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference to people and communities

  • Company pension scheme with 10% employer contributions
  • Access to a cash health plan
  • Agile working policy supporting work‑life balance
  • Free onsite parking and transport links
