Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Services

Looking for a rewarding role where you can lead, inspire and make a real difference?

We’re looking for dedicated Senior Support Workers to join our friendly team at Brambles, an eight-bed residential home supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs.

We’re looking for people who:

Lead and support a team of Support Workers.

Help manage the day-to-day running of the home.

Ensure high-quality, person-centered care and support.

Administer medication and maintain accurate records.

Support children and young people to enjoy activities, develop independence and reach their full potential.

Mentor colleagues and promote best practice.

We recruit based on values, however, if you have the following skills. we would be keen to speak with you:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.
  • A willingness to undertake training and professional development.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • A level 3 qualification in childcare (or a willingness to complete. following probation)
  • Experience with non-verbal communication.
