At Brambles Children’s service, we’re searching for caring and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our vibrant residential service supporting children with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs. The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring children have a safe, comfortable and restful night.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
  • Promoting children’s safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.
  • Supporting individual care needs and routines.
  • Completing observations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Responding calmly and confidently to children’s needs.
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care.
  • Helping create a nurturing and reassuring environment where children feel secure and supported.

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential. We welcome applications from people with the right values and commitment, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
