The Role
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring children have a safe, comfortable and restful night.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Promoting children’s safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.
- Supporting individual care needs and routines.
- Completing observations and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding calmly and confidently to children’s needs.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care.
- Helping create a nurturing and reassuring environment where children feel secure and supported.
