Salary:
£30,000 per annum + pension (additional financial support maybe available)
Hours:
37.5 hours (evenings and weekends will be required)
Job description:
This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop ministry from the ground up—creating engaging opportunities for children, young people, and families to encounter God, grow in faith, and find belonging. Working alongside clergy and volunteers, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our church’s mission to reach every generation with the love of Jesus. You will:
· Develop and lead inspiring children’s and youth ministry across all three churches
· Build strong relationships with families, schools, and the wider community
· Equip and support volunteers
· Create innovative and engaging discipleship opportunities
· Help grow a thriving, welcoming, multi-generational church
