SUMMARY
ADRA is seeking a Chief of Party (CoP) for an anticipated U.S. Department of Agriculture–funded Food for Progress (FFPr) project in the Philippines. The project aims to accelerate agribusiness development and catalyze sustainable private-sector investment across high-potential agricultural value chains by increasing productivity, strengthening market competitiveness, and expanding domestic, regional, and international trade opportunities.
FFPr focuses on agricultural sectors with end market opportunities that require consistent, science-based food safety and quality measures that support access to, affordability of, and utilization of safe and nutritious food.
As CoP, your strategic vision, leadership, and adaptive management will deliver results while expanding ADRA’s position as a leader of agriculture and economic growth programming in the Philippines. You will have overall leadership and management responsibility for the implementation of the project and be the key decision-maker for solving problems and ensuring the success of the project.
ADRA has implemented humanitarian and agricultural development programming—in the Philippines for over 40 years with funding from major international donors.
This position is contingent upon receipt of funding and requires donor approval.
