Annual salary: Between £46,176 - £48,100.

Full time.

Based in: Aberystwyth, Ceredigion.

West Wales Domestic Abuse Service (WWDAS) is seeking to appoint a new CEO who has senior management experience preferably in the violence against women/domestic abuse sector. The post-holder will also be able to demonstrate professional leadership, strategic and operational planning expertise, successful bid writing, an ability to work in partnership with other organisations, and extensive experience of staff management and financial management responsibility.

The post-holder will be expected to engage with service users, staff, trustees, partner organisations and stakeholders to deliver and hone our new strategic plan ensuring survivors across Ceredigion (and Northern Pembrokeshire) continue to receive high quality, needs-led, strengths-based and gender responsive services, working in partnerships with other regional providers where necessary to achieve this.
