Chef de Partie
Queens’ College is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their experienced and well-established kitchen team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in preparing high-quality food and delivering excellent service.
- Has a genuine passion for food and enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Has experience working in a busy professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel, college or similar environment.
- Works well under pressure and remains calm during busy service.
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage their time effectively.
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team.
- Understands the importance of food safety, allergens and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £31,843.50 per annum
- Type of contract: 37.5 hours per week, permanent
- Defined Benefit Pension Scheme: The Cambridge Colleges Federated Pensions Scheme (CCFPS)
- Holiday entitlement: 26 days’ annual leave plus public holidays (34 days in total)
