As a

  • Hold a recognised change management qualification or bring equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of modern change methods, tools, and people-centred approaches.
  • Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver shared outcomes and support complex programmes.
  • Apply a structured and people-focused approach to managing change from start to finish.
  • Be willing to travel across the UK and work flexibly when needed to support teams and deliver change effectively.
