This is a diverse role where no two projects are the same. You'll review technical information, prepare quotations and test programmes, monitor project progress, support customers through compliance requirements and ensure high standards of service throughout the certification journey.

-
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
-
Review technical documentation and support the assessment of products against relevant certification requirements.
-
Prepare project quotations, schedules and approval documentation.
-
Coordinate testing activities with internal laboratories and technical teams.
-
Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
-
Review test reports and ensure certification files are accurate and complete.
-
Support customers in understanding and achieving compliance requirements.
-
Work collaboratively with approval bodies, accreditation organisations and internal colleagues to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

You will ideally have:
-
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
-
Strong customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective working relationships.
-
Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
-
Confidence reviewing detailed technical or compliance-related documentation.
-
A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
-
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
-
Experience within certification, testing, compliance, quality assurance, engineering or a similar technical environment would be advantageous.
