Responsibilities of our Central Neutering Manager:
Lead the Neutering Support and Neutering Finance Teams that support and facilitate the smooth running of the charity’s neutering programme
Provide direct Line Management of the Neutering Support and Neutering Finance teams and supporting the Senior Central Neutering Manager to
Implement continuous improvement through processes and in line with Cats Protection policies and development for future neutering strategy
About the Neutering teams:
The Neutering Support team is a team of advisors and a Neutering Support Team Leader that provide front-line non-scripted support and advice to the public, Cats Protection employees, external partners, vets, and volunteers on the charity’s neutering programme, and facilitates the smooth running of the neutering department.
The Neutering Finance team are a team of assistants and a Team Leader that provide processing and administrative support to ensure that our neutering vouchers are triaged so that the vets are paid for their work done neutering cats.
What we’re looking for in our Central Neutering Manager:
Manager/supervisory experience of a medium/large team
Customer service experience
Charity knowledge/background in animal welfare and working with volunteers
Ability to formulate data to evidence activity and trends through spreadsheets and graphs
