The busy Treetops team are looking for a new Catering Operative to join them and enable them to continue to provide excellent customer service to the people who live and work at Hollybank.
Day-to-day duties
- To prepare hot meals, salads, sandwiches, potato products and sauces, including assembling food items, baking and preparing cooked items to service standards.
- Comply with food safety, health and safety and COSHH legislation and Trust policies and procedures
- Manage stock and place orders to ensure correct levels of stock are maintained in line service instructions, keeping waste to a minimum
- Cash handling including daily cashing up and balancing of float
- To follow service instructions ensuring standards are kept high
- Cleaning to a standard require to maintain a 5* rating
